Our story

KAPIA was formed by a group of veteran Kentucky public adjusters who saw a need for a unified, ethical voice for the profession across the Commonwealth. From the Appalachian foothills to the Ohio River, our members serve homeowners, business owners, farms, and institutions navigating the aftermath of fire, wind, hail, flood, and tornado losses.

We work alongside the Kentucky Department of Insurance, legislators, and consumer advocates to ensure the public adjusting profession remains transparent, accountable, and effective for the people we serve.

Mission

Promote the highest professional and ethical standards among Kentucky's licensed public adjusters.

Vision

A Commonwealth where every policyholder has access to honest, expert representation after a property loss.
