KAPIA collects information you voluntarily provide when you become a member, register for an event, RSVP, contact us, or subscribe to communications. This may include name, firm, email, phone number, mailing address, and license number.
2. How we use information
We use member and visitor information to administer membership, process registrations, deliver continuing-education credit reporting, send association announcements, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Member directory
Active KAPIA members consent to publication of their firm name, contact person, city, phone, email, website, and practice specialties in our public directory at kyadjuster.com/find-an-adjuster. Members may request changes or removal at any time.
4. Cookies & analytics
Our site uses limited first-party cookies to remember preferences and aggregate traffic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Your choices
You may unsubscribe from KAPIA emails at any time, request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request correction or deletion by emailing info@kapia.org.
